GLOBO 800 is a powerful and accurate automatic bridge saw with 5 interpolated axis, engineered to ensure high performance and reliability. Its frame and working table are made of galvanized dipped electro-welded steel, thermally stabilized to ensure exceptional water resistance.

The machine is equipped with a potent blade motor with an inverter, allowing speed adjustment up to 10,000 RPM, depending on the chosen configuration.

Available in multiple versions, the machine can be configured according to the required blade size. It is possible to customize the Y-axis length, the size and number of worktables, as well as the number of positions in the automatic tool store, adapting it to specific production needs. 

The digital brushless motors, combined with high-precision gear reducers and linear guides with recirculating ball bearings, ensure extremely precise cuts even at high speeds. The automatic rotating head and automatic blade tilting, along with an intuitive 22" multi-touch control panel, allow for a wide range of operations: orthogonal, oblique, elliptical, circular, tilted cuts, and straight shaping, thanks to axis interpolation.

The Z-axis is driven by a ball circulation screw support, reducing operational effort and ensuring maximum reliability over time. The electrical system is fully EN/CE-compliant, with a power panel and watertight connectors to ensure safe and durable operation.

The GLOBO 800 can be equipped with a highly efficient manipulator, complete with dedicated software and suction cups, which enables the automatic lifting and moving of cut pieces.
This system not only optimizes processing times but also minimizes slab waste, maximizing production efficiency.

The automatic lubrication system ensures continuous maintenance, preserving the machine's mechanics and components. Fixed side protections and sliding front doors enhance the safety of the machine and operators while optimizing workspace.

The "open frame" configuration is highly customizable upon request to meet specific customer needs, subject to technical feasibility by our technical department.

System based on Windows platform, integrated by machine control board, 22” Multi-Touch operating control panel with innovative and interactive M2 Easy Cut interface which ensure easy execution of management operations in a simple and intuitive way.

The electronic components of the machine are made up of products from globally recognized brands which guarantee easy availability in the event of a breakdown. LAN connection and USB port for uploading files from external devices.

Cad Cam software manages and optimizes all the phases of the process: from the design and/or import of parts, the definition of machining strategies, to the estimated timing and control of collisions with 3D simulation, through to the provision of parts and underparts on the work table.
